I applied online. I interviewed at Sedgwick in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was easy and quick. The first part of the interview was pre-recorded. You would answer the questions to the best of your abilities and submit your answer. You also had time to prepare for the questions. However, once you press start recording for each question, you can not re-record yourself or change your answer. The second part of the interview was a virtual interview with a recruiter. They ask you typical questions like why you believe you are a fit for this role, what your work experience entails, and so on.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview is pretty basic; standard CAR/STAR answers will suffice, although I'm not entirely sure what they are looking for. I was able to get the interviewer to discuss her experience for at least half of the interview. From what I can tell, Sedgwick is constantly hiring, so the interview process cannot be too complicated.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Southfield, MI) in May 2025
Interview
There are two interviews. One is through an app. You record yourself answering questions that populate. Then you’ll have an interview with a hiring manager. Both were short and sweet. Nothing difficult about either.

Interview
Interview was on zoom, Interviewer asked a few questions about background. Went over job description and pay. Asked if any plans during training. Asked if I had any questions. Very laid back and easy interview.
