Interview
Three interviews in one. The assistant manager of the area you applied, the manager of the section, then the store manager. Simple questions, made you answer a lot about customer service and how to handle certain situations. Took about 2 hours all in all. I was offered the job right at the end and had to go in and give HR info so they could do a background check. They got back to me a few days later and set up a training time.

2 way conversation, very collaborative. Asked numerous behavioral questions what software programs are you familiar with? do you have experience with Jira project management systems. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee

2. The company review the CV.
3. If all required thing mach , they call for the interview.
4. Ask about my self/ My hobby/ Aim/ Experience/ Education.
5. If all are ok they call for next interview and finalize.

Interview
The interview was easy and quick but it took a couple of months for a confirmed answer. This is quite normal for most corporate jobs hut overall it was good.
