So yeah I have not worked here but I had an interview today so lets talk about the whole process. Since applying for the job I had probably about 2 calls every day before my interview. Strange but I confident that they was eager for me to work there as I am well spoken and even the guy that called me was confident. On the day I read through GDPR signed all of that yada yada which I kind of felt pressured to read. Afterwards me and the 2 other people I was in reception with went up to a room with 7 other people where they went over the job what they are about blah blah blah and gave us sticker badges with names on. Did a maths test went around the building and 4 people went home as they failed the test so 6 of us left. Called one of us every 15-20 minutes to go for a one to one interview. The guy who did most of the talking said im so sorry about the whole process i am hungry and im very moody when im hungry (ok but so are we but here you are you could of give us all interviews on the hour throughout the day instead of telling us all to come at 11am and make us wait. I did my interview which went well and I answered very confident to only be called and told I hadn't passed. The feedback I got was utter rubbish so here is some for Scottish Power. I'd advise anyone not to as it is hard to get a job here and you will spend a whole day almost here without any regard to your own wellbeing. Heres the thing, I am more than capable of doing this job but I get a call with feedback thats pish. I have checked Indeed and would you have it they have uploaded another job position since me having my interview and after having come off the phone saying they would keep my details on file. I have emailed them since asking them to please destroy any details of mine as now I believe they are just trying to get personal details of people. Since emailing, no reply. No answer from me calling also. Yet when I confirmed by email at 9pm on a Sunday my interview, a reply within 5 minutes. Something definitely dodgy going on here.
