Interview
First had to complete an online application form. Was then shortly sent links to SHL numerical, verbal and quantitative reasoning tests, after completing these, I was send a link to a situational judgement test, all fairly standard for any of the graduate schemes. Upon receiving a satisfactory result in these I was offered a telephone interview, this was a short ~20 minute interview

Why do you want to work for Scottish Power rather than a similar company?
Short online assessment including 12 minute timed questions and a personality test. Assessment centre including short group discussion to decide what project to invest in as a company, individual behavioural situation and interview.

Interview
Started with initial application. Progressed to online video interview and game based assessment which was fairly standard. Later invited to an assessment centre where an individual interview is conducted, with one group based activity where information is given periodically to candidates and after 30 minutes the group must present a best course of action from information provided. Also an individual exercise where a meeting with a client is simulated.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ScottishPower (Hoylake, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Very enjoyable day overall, Assessment contained a series of tasks and group tasks and required problem solving skills and communication skills in a work like environment. Interview process was very relaxed and casual.
