A phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview was about 5 minutes long and was performed by the hiring manager. For the in person interview, I interviewed with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes, then met several current employees as well as the civil servants that I would work with and an HR representative. The civil servants also asked questions of me, but it was all very informal.
