Schlüter-Systems interview questions

First interview to establish the role and salary expectations, and then a second/final interview with the Communications team. The interview process was fast and efficient, but the job offer was lower than the salary expectations discussed during the initial interview, and they would not budge. Schluter uses strict standards when it comes to salaries - they value education way more than experience and personality traits.

The entire recruiting and interview process was a great experience. Applying was easy, and the Human Resources team was very helpful with any question I had, and always responded in a timely manner.
