the interview process was formal but manageable. it consisted of two interviews, in addition to a basic math test on sales percentages and basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. overall good expirence

I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Scheels (Eau Claire, WI) in May 2013
Interview
Filled out a large packet with math, grammar, and behavioral questions. Took at least 30 minutes to complete. After that a one on one interview was scheduled and they asked behavior and situation questions. They were interested in customer service and and fashion related topics. Took the spit swabbing drug test right there in front of the interviewer after the questions were complete.
