Scan123 Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

Applied via LinkedIn, got a response several weeks later from their HR looking to set up a phone interview. Was told that if we went to a second interview, it would be a video chat. Didn't get any follow up, so reached out 9 business days later to check in and was asked to come to the Scan123 office for an in person interview while the COO was in town. The day of the interview, I was asked if I would have time to complete a DISC profile assessment before the interview (which never arrived). I arrived and met with their Product Manager, but their Operations Manager was late to my interview by about 10-15 minutes. The interview felt pretty straightforward and lasted about 75-90 minutes. Heard nothing back from them after the interview save a brief contact from HR the next day to ask if it went well, so I reached out after a week to check in and was told "We are moving forward with another candidate." Agreed with the other reviewer here that it did not feel like a consistent or respectful process — at least tell people they've not been selected to move forward!
