You have to apply at savers.com summit your application and resume and when you are finished you need to do the required questionnaire give yourself about 45 minutes to do it
Met with the store manager who gave a tour of the workplace, explaining how the business worked. Then proceeded with a more traditional interview in the management office with the typical questions.

Question 1
What does the phrase "sense of urgency" mean to you?
Two sit-down interviews with the retail sales manager and store manager, and you would also meet the district manager so they can get a feel of you and how you would jell well with the company.

Interview
Really easy with lots of event based questions depending upon the job requirements. I can say, giving examples makes it more easy for them to understand the situation. Overall satisfied.
