I attempted to apply in person, a sales associate gave me the run around when in search for the hiring manager. Said sales associate proceeded to tell me they weren't hiring. I went home and saw there was a listing for the position at this location online. I applied and about a week later, heard nothing. I called the store to check on the status of my application. Scheduled an interview, aced said interview, offered job about a week later.

i did two interviews one over the phone and the other was in person . one with a supervisor and other with hiring manger very simple. then i was hired 2 days later
very easy just talk about how much you love second had and how it helps our environment. do research on the company and how it works they'll be impressed say you'll be reliable and that you don't mind closing the store daily
Interview was very easy and funny. They mainly ask previous experience work customer service attitude. Most important how you going to deal with difficult customers. That's all questions I have been asked
