I applied for the position that was advertised at a job fair in July 2011, submitted my resume and was contacted by a recruiter at Sanofi Pasteur a week later.

Tell us about a recent experience when you tried a new solution that failed despite all your analyses?
Telephone interview 15 min then interview on site with a panel of interviewers for about 45 min. Asked technical questions mostly, no actual behavioural questions. It was awkward in that it was not a conversation, just questions and silence in between.

Short and to the point. Only two rounds and questions were simple. Interviewers were nice and informative, overall very pleasant interview. I would reccomend reviewing the job listing very in depth prior to the interview

First is the regular round with 5 questions followed by a technical quiz of 10 questions It had a very holistic vibe, date and time are given by HR.It is a 2:1 interview.
