Technical interview at the power plant site, then HR interview at Ortigas. I met the department supervisors and manager and aced the panel interview. The HR on site already told me that I am hired and told me to have the interview at their corporate site saying it was just for formality. After a month of waiting, I am scheduled to have my interview with another HR. i waited for two hours and it seems that the interviewer is not interested on me. No job offers made and it is very frustrating that they had me go to their plant site which is an 8 hour travel from manila just to be rejected by HR. I thought HR determines first if you are qualified then they will forward you to the immediate supervisors/manager.
