The process is done in two steps.Firstly, group discussion happens.Once it is cleared you will have the interview.Not very tough interview.The interview mostly revolves around your CV and your understanding of Samunnati,it's working model,target clients etc.

Interview
First was a written test, followed by the group discussion. Topics of the group discussion was general and everyone was given time to speak. Last round was the personal interview.
