the interview process wasnt as time consuming or intense as other employers. Interviewers were easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. made the process quick and easy to find the suitable candidate for the role.
excellent there were 3 stages to it one initial interviw. then one with manager then one with hr manager and director. everything went smoothly and they got back to me in a timely manner.

Interview
Before you are given an interview they require you take an online test consisting of data analysis and excel questions (relatively simple however time pressured). If you pass this test then you will have your first round interview. I was told I had passed the test and hence I began my interview prep (industry/company background, obtaining an understanding of their financial statements etc...) whilst I was waiting for the interview to be organised. I heard nothing back from them until a week later (despite chasing them) in which they informed me I would not be getting an interview as the job was offered to someone else.
Overall bad experience, the company should not send you online tests to do and then not interview you if you pass the test (especially as I sat the test the same day they sent it to me). Additionally a week between passing the online tests before any communication that the job had been offered to another candidate demonstrates inefficiency and a lack of transparency/professional courtesy.
