Question 1
You had to dicier information about fake companies and answer what you would do.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Safelite AutoGlass in Dec 2015
Interview
Submitted application on-line and received a call from a recruiter within a week. Great recruiter conversation so I was passed on to the second interview wit the regional HR. Another great conversation so I had an interview with the RVP two weeks later. I was then set up for phone interviews with a corporate HR VP and a divisional operations VP. Made it through those, Whew! Next I had to take an on-line personality test. Finally I was set up for their "Assessment Center" two weeks later. That was three hours of hell. Hey, I'm a confident presenter but this process was unreasonably confrontational. I was told I did fine and I would hear something soon. After two additional weeks of waiting (and several follow up messages on my part), I received a form letter from the recruiter stating I wasn't selected. Really? Form letter? I would hope after putting me through all that there would have at least have been a phone call with feedback. Safelite takes themselves way too seriously. It's just windshields people! I worked on a Strategic Air Command base in the past and the hiring process was less intense than Safelite's. The whole process was two and a half months. The most negative candidate experience I've ever experienced!

Question 1
They give you a 10 page vague scenario on a fictional company and you're expected to develop a business plan to improve the business.
You're initially going to be contacted by a recruiter who will field a handful of top prospects. Then the hiring manager (Vice President) will do a phone interview. The final few candidates will be brought in for what's can an Assessment Center. This involves the hiring manager, HR and at least one other reviewer to be present as you role play with the HR associate. There are two or three sessions, each will be different and are random from Assessment Center, not candidates within the same AC. Candidates are given a scenario and time to review documents which may include evaluating several managers on paper and being able to rank them and discuss their strengths and weaknesses. Other possibilities is an angry customer interaction, P&L and business performance review.

Question 1
There's really no answer and no way to prepare. It's as much about maintaining your confidence, standing behind your answers and keeping your cool as it is about being correct. At this point you've passed the qualification hurdles, this is how you handle pressure. Though you can bomb if you act like a fool....
