Interview
1 on 1 interview. First background of company, culture etc. Second was questions about a project - describe it in detail, third was a whole bunch of questions on OOP and C++. Hadn't reviewed much so I'm not sure if the interviewer would ask more high level programming questions after the simpler OOP concepts.
Recruiter will schedule a phone call with 25 minutes bahavior interview. They collect some info for the hiring team. If selected, you will be scheduled a ~2.5 h interview with the team
30 min technical question, 30min behavior question, 1 debug and 1 coding question. Good experience. Better to prepare for the technical part. Really depends on that. Overall, a good experience
I met with 2 people from Safe Software. They were really nice. They told me a lot about their company and their culture. they also asked me some technical questions. I enjoyed the overall interviewing process.
