STRAND interview questions

I applied online and the next day got an email asking if I could come in. No phone screening or anything. I came in and waited 20+ minutes until the manager begrudgingly came to me. During the wait, I did nothing as they never gave me a job application. Manager was pretty much selling me the job. The interview was all over the place. No actual questions about my experience or background. It was more of a "when can you start?" This is the exact reason why they have a huge turnover rate. They will literally hire anyone and hope one sticks or they get lucky. No offer letter or any pre-hire paperwork. On Day 1, you fill out the paperwork.

Applied online. Spoke with someone on the phone about how great my experience would be a fit for their company. went in and interviewed with Ron Armstrong and Kolton Barnes.
