Pretty smooth, organized, very responsive. I had two interviews with recruiter and the hiring manager. The interviews were remote. They were flexible with my schedule and overall very kind and listened carefully to what my interests were.

What is your comfortability managing multiple deadlines?
Organized process, be prepared to discuss THREAD values, can be found on website, and examples of relevant past work like writing samples, maps, and other documents. Interview may include a tour of the downtown office.
Easy two round interview process and work sample. The only reason I'm writing a review is because the hiring manager reached out to my references before rejecting. I would suggest to anyone applying anywhere to say that your references are only available after a signed job offer/contract. Don't let these companies make you overextend your professional relationships.
