I've applied via job search site and received a response from company's recruiter about 3 weeks later. Setup first phone screen which moved to a interview with team manager a few days later. Then onto technical interview with a panel. Interview was medium difficulty and people were friendly. After that nothing for a week. I've even went ahead and asked for an update still with no response. In my opinion when you ask a person to interview and put them through all the rounds you owe them at least a one liner rejection email. Really low-ball move and makes the company seem like a fly-by-night organization.
