There was no interview just the aptitude test written for 2 hours. There were 41 questions and its pure aptitude questions which were above average. The test was ok to me but I'm yet to hear from them.

first round - aptitude test (40questions)(only few easy qns mostly meduim and hard questions)
2nd round - HR round - HR checks communication skills, motivation, goals and discuss about salary packages
3rd round - technical interview

The first process of reciuitment was a aptitiude round. That was a pen and paper round the question were purely aptitiude no technical. Qns were mostly from speed sitance seating arrangement LCM HCF englsih grammer etc.
