Interview process looks easy. Managers expectations are good communication skills and attitude and then test your skills which mentioned in the resume. At the final there will be salary discussion which can be negotiable if the candidate is shortlisted from the final round of interview.

1. Technical + coding based interview
2. Managerial round with some technical and problem solving
3. HR round

Standard process like 3 rounds, client driven and company is just a body shopper, no values on candidates. Final round whole team will be present and asking junk questions like they want to learn from you.
