Disorganized process thus far. The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview for the role I applied to then sent a rejection email the very next day. I thought we weren't going to have an interview, however the recruiter still called me during the originally scheduled interview time for another role which caught me off guard. I was next scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager who had decided to invite 2 others to the call. Overall, while friendly, they came across as inexperienced, immature and the interview felt as if I was in a call with Bro's taking a break from gaming. The hiring manager also hid their face during majority of the video call. No clear team vision was explained and I left uninterested. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be pursuing future roles with SHI.
