They called and scheduled an in-person interview. The interview was barely 10 minutes. They didn't ask me any behavioral or past experience questions. Just asked about location, commute, salary expectation, and software proficiency. And then asked me to send them info of 2 references, which I did. Then, nothing. No reply to my emails or LinkedIn messages.

Very fast paced with Minsk description about the job you would be doing. Primary ask about your experience not what you are interested in doing and how you want to grow within the company. Was only given a few hours to decide if I accepted the offer as it was given during the interview
