I found them at the multilingual job fare. The recruiter sounded very promising, so I went for an interview. He would first ask me if I have any knowledge on software in the cloud. As I already had a lot of experience with client support, I went on to the next round, the supervisor of the Phone Support department, in order to see if I would fit well in the team. I showed that I was motivated for the new challenge. After a few days I got a phone call from HR.

Very laid back. Two current employees came in first to talk to me and then another employee and the manager came in. Talked about why I wanted to work there, what the job entailed, job training, etc.

First round a basic hr, then there is a test woth screen shot and troubleshooting, if we pass the exam then there will be 1-2 hour hr interview, will ask real life related situation questions, about aim, are you ready to sign bond etc

Interview
Not too challenging. Group panel was harder than with the managers. Easy going interview that took a long time that required waiting as well as being asked 'what would you do if...' questions.
