They called me to their office are 13:30hrs and I could only met their receptionist. Neither HR nor hiring manager was present to receive and brief about the opening. At 14:30 they found a person to take a technical interview. The person asked me to write a program and was busy on mobile. After the program was written without trolling to understand out, he asked for optimizing it. The same trend continued for next 5 programs and all were done. Then after a break of 30 min another post person came in and started another tech interview. Thankfully he was little more interested in taking the time interview and by the time tell round were over it was evening time and the panel seems to be satisfied with what they saw. The manager didn't bother to meet me and asked me to contact the HR. When I went there , he was trying to tell me that the panel didn't find me good. He wasted another 15 min to explain that I can apply again Pretty vague process and highly disconnected hiring process.
