Absolutely the Worst Interview Experience I have never encountered such a disorganized and unprofessional hiring process as I did with SAIT. I have gone through four interviews with them, and each one was worse than the last. The interviewers were cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude. There was no effort to make candidates feel welcome or respected. They do not respond to emails, provide little to no information about the process, and seem completely uninterested in the people they are interviewing. It feels like they are just going through the motions with no intention of building a positive reputation or hiring fairly. To make matters worse, the compensation they offer is shockingly low for the level of expertise they expect. I have no interest in ever applying to SAIT again, and I strongly advise others to stay away if you value being treated with basic respect and professionalism.
