SABO Mobile IT interview questions

After initial 15min call they invited me for on-site interview with team lead and HR. It took about 45 min. After short intro about the company and their clients (automotive giants and top 10 niche technical companies), they start asking me questions about my experience. The interviewer acted as interrogator and was constantly staring into my eyes and noting something into his notebook. Overall, I felt like I made a good impression, because they invited me (verbally) to the next technical stage in a few days and HR even made a quick tour around the office. Although, formal email with invitation never arrived, I went to the second stage (on-site again, company has strict on-site policy) at agreed time but nobody was around. After 15 minutes they showed up (after having their lunch) and HR quickly told me that this position has been put on hold and left me without any feedback or excuse for wasting my time.
