I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted two weeks later. I was invited to meet in person for an interview in their Denver office. I was going to be in the area so I accepted. The Denver office was a small group of five people. Four employees and the president. I met four of them for a panel interview. The interview was an unorthodox interview and was more of a conversation of four people. It was mainly about my experience, background, and few "interview" questions they randomly picked online. I would have met the president, but he was out of the office. So I was invited to have a phone/skype interview with him. I was scheduled to have it with him a week later. He had a few questions prior to our conversation, which were salary & benefits, what my social media accounts were, and another detailing to my experience. After I gave my answers, the president went silent and missed to schedule a time and date for our interview. I knew he was out of town so I understood if he was busy so I tried to reschedule. I contacted him with the original interviewer coordinator CC'd. I didn't hear anything so I emailed the coordinator directly. I got the same results- silence and no explanation to why.
I thought the interview process was fairly good and I was excited about the position until the end where it was unprofessional. I had enough bad experiences if they didn't treat their applicants' right from the start they would not be a professional company to work for. So I moved on and have a different opinion about the brand now.
