Interview
Filled out application online and then brought in resume to the manager. The manager called me within a week and scheduled an interview. If that interview goes well you get another interview with the assistant manager. If all goes well you're then invited for a store tour and at that point you've basically been hired.

Do you see yourself with our company five years from now?
Came into the restaurant and was interviewed in the lobby while closed . Interview was very short. I wasn’t hired. Location has since closed. I think I was too young to work there legally.
Manager was relaxed, environment was welcoming. The whole thing felt very typical but pretty much what you would expect being interviewed at a restaurant. Expectations were clear and matched what the job entailed.
Very casual, talked about my experience and see if I would be a good fit for the position. Based on how well I interacted with the interviewer. The person was very kind and caring through the whole conversation.
