They did a phone interview first. The email was almost immediately following for an in person interview. They were both comfortable settings and the interviewer was very friendly. They asked a bunch of background and knowledge questions relating to the job as well as relating to skill set. Had a tour of facility which was impressive. Small not too overwhelming plant. Hoping to get hired.
