It was a group interview with three other individuals. Many questions about past security experience were asked. We then did role playing about potential scenarios that might take place in the position to which we were applying for. It took about an hour for the whole process. Overall it was not to tedious or stressful because of the way it was preformed in a group.

I called the hiring manager Kelsie when I arrived she responded promptly, as I was told to politely wait for her while she finishes up in the break room near the office where the interview took place, she was very polite and answered and helped with any problems I had which were numerous since I was nervous. I was told I will get a response back for background checks as SPS gets those in a few days since the interview went extremely well. After getting the email a few days later saying my background check was approved I was hired and did first day orientation and I worked as normal.
