They don’t seem to know what they can actually offer. They retract offers after extensive interview / hiring process. The recruiter does a good job but hiring managers come off as idealistic instead of realistic, and they are neither transparent nor forthcoming despite showing strong interest in moving forward. What a waste of time and effort -and not on par with how other SV companies handle their hiring process.

Interview
Interview process was fast and fair. Quick response times, got hired within 2 weeks. Pay is legitimately competitive. Definitely worth the time investment as the recruiter and managers will not waste your time and will not ghost you.
Standard interview process. Recruiter call went well, spent quite a deal of time discussing the company and experience. Unfortunately, it was much less time with the hiring manager. They spoke most of the time, and the questions didn't give an opportunity to highlight what I could've contributed to the role, especially in such a short time frame. Ultimately, the role felt too junior for me and there was a discrepancy between the two people I spoke with on what the process would look like. I would've given this a positive overall experience if there was at least some follow-through on the recruiter's part after saying they'd provide feedback, but never did.
