Pre-screen personality/culture assessment followed by multiple behavioral rounds and a Case Study presentation. Very standard process if you're looking at a SaaS or MarTech focused company that wants to play as a smaller boutique agency.
Ultimately it wasn't a good fit for me. They are a much smaller org than what I'm used to and seem to be keen on hiring strong, associate level talent (high potential, early-stage career "coachable") for their Account team.
My personal feedback: If you are early level career looking to take the next step this seems like a good small org to get your hands dirty, make an impact and gain valuable experience. For more experienced large matrix org/Agency folks, it will likely not be the best fit. All of the teammates I spoke to had senior titles but were obviously on the greener side.
