Talked to two different recruits for two different jobs at QL. Situation was always the same. They picked the most negative things they can think of to talk about and focus the whole conversation on that. Never asked about things you enjoy at current/previous jobs, what your passion is, transferable skills, successful projects, etc. If two different people did that, could be something they're asked to do according to script. Did not pay attention to or take notes for answers given. They'd ask, "...so you're saying...?" and it was as if they were thinking of some other conversation they had. Had to repeat myself over and over and over.
