My recent interview experience with Robinhood was very positive. From the initial communication to the final stages, the process was well-organized and efficient. The team was prompt in scheduling interviews and provided clear expectations for each round. I appreciated the balance between technical challenges and culture fit questions, which made it clear that they value both skill and collaboration. The interviewers were professional, approachable, and gave valuable feedback throughout, making it an enjoyable and rewarding process. Started wth a Recruiter call for experience and expectations check , then two rounds of system design ( one general And ones related to the fin tech industry), one general coding interview, project deep dive, team matching interviews with hiring managers. Overall it was mostly aligned with industry standards
Phone interview, followed by Onsite invitation but the position got filled before i could get it scheduled! I had positive feeling from the interviewer but sadly couldn't reach the end

The recruiter screen was smooth and professional. I moved through the initial step quickly, but shortly afterward I was informed that the position had already been filled. While disappointing, the turnaround time was fast and the communication was clear, which I appreciated.
