I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
A social engineering company! After I submitted my CV, they invited me for an interview. I was told the job market is booming and there would be a lot of hiring right now. Because of this, I was asked to quickly provide my references. (Not) strangely, Robert-1/2-MR wanted to know the names, full contact data, previous job role and current job role. During the interview the representative proudly told me that she probably knows all of the employers. I was asked what was my previous salary. I was told explicitely to expect a much much lower salary. In the end of the interview, suddenly it seems the booming job market had come to an end and I was told there is no more suitable role for me right now but I would be immediately called as first one when there is an opportunity. What a joke - they will call ME first! Robert-1/2-MR clearly showed me they are not working for job-seekers, all they do is social engineering and collection of information about job market, companies, salaries, names, for their own benefit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the interview I was asked what was my previous salary, and then what hourly rate I would see as a threshold for any future job placement. A serious company with morality would talk about salary only in the end of the process, not in the beginning.

Interview
Interview process was efficient and the recruiter was hands on and very communicative. Appreciate the speed and efficiency with which I was placed with the end client for a contract to hire role.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The phone and virtual video interview processes were both very thorough. The experiences felt very collaborative as opposed to intimidating. Decent communication and follow-up after a few days but then dropped off.
