Ritter's Frozen Custard interview questions

It was pretty casual. I applied with a paper application in May and got a call to schedule an interview in June. The interview happened outside on the patio and we chatted about work ethic. The person who interviewed me was the general manager and ended up being my direct supervisor during the job. I could tell he was really interested in talking about initiative.
