Initial Screening (HR/Recruiter Call)
Scenario: I receive an email from the recruiter asking to schedule a short introductory call.
What Happens:
During the call, I provide a high-level overview of my background, emphasizing my experience with technologies like Node.js, React, and Next.js, as well as my knowledge of databases and DevOps tools like Docker.
The recruiter asks questions like:
"Tell me about your experience as a full stack engineer."
"Why are you looking for a new opportunity?"
"What technologies are you most comfortable with?"
"What kind of projects have you worked on recently?"
I also ask a few questions about the company, culture, and team structure.
