After doing a short set of general knowledge test questions I was asked if I could stay for interviews that same day. I stayed, and over the course of a few hours I met multiple people from the department I was applying for. Interviews went alright, but was told that my $50k asking pay was much too high and wouldn't find that kind of pay in my city. (They were very wrong and I'm very happy where I ended up. Got a starting pay of $55k.) We went over my programming knowledge that I'd gained from my recent college career. Nothing too substantial, and there wasn't any coding tests. Was not enthused by some of the interviewers who didn't seem to happy with the job themselves. One guy asked why I wanted to work in town still after graduating (college town), and said the vibe will get old after awhile. Not a very cheery guy in the least who was projecting his own unhappiness into the interview. Overall not a very good interview, and their starting pay is not good either. Unless you're planning to work here part time, I don't think it's a good place for a career. It's more of coding mill where they're use you up until you quit or get fired, and then hire low paid college grads. This was over 5 years ago now so maybe things have changed, but I wouldn't recommend this company.

initially sent a resume through their website. Then received an email stating that they received my resume and wished to speak to me and to call a 1-800 number to schedule an interview. After calling the 1-800 number you are asked to take an informal interview about your work history and general habits as well as salary requirements. After that, you are questioned when would be a good time to take an ethics type test, then skills assessment test on basic algebra, history, and current events. If you make it through this then a HR person interviews you about possible goals with the company and also asks salary requirements again, and asks where you got that number from as well as notifying you that you may be selected for a further interview with them after the results of all the tests are in. Afterwards, you are taken to another personality test and then I got an email stating that I would not getting an offer of employment at this time.
