I was contacted to set up an initial phone interview with HR. Had a 30 minute conversation to talk about my experience, the role, and the company. At the end, she said she’d like to set up a panel interview with a few directors. Didn’t hear anything afterwards and 4 days later got a generic email about moving on to other candidates. I’ve read this has happened to many people when interviewing with this company. After telling me how “people first” the organization was I’d expect this process to be better.
