I spoke with a very friendly shift manager at their Harlem and Higgins location, after speaking with him over the phone to schedule the interview date and time. I was asked to come in with no restrictions on dress (it is a casual environment) and I interviewed with the shift manager.

One of the things that they look for in candidates is a clear voice. The manager had me read from one of the pitches to make sure the clarity of my voice was good.
