You meet with really nice people. Middle management is great and takes the time to go over the company. And then, you meet Ben, the CEO. He is THE biggest problem with the company. He comes off like a buddy, tries to be funny (fails) and sell you snake oil. He gives a great speech about how they pay their employees x salary and you can make x bonus potential (hint: You won't ever reach it) and then they give you a HUGE raise (if you can last a year, which, you won't).
If you should be in the unlucky position of having a job interview here, please ask Ben why there has been so much turnover in the past year. Pay close attention to the spin he'll put on the answer. They will ultimately hire you out of desperation. If they do, avoid this place like the plague. You will either last less than a month most likely (as ive seen 4 people do. 1 was fired after a week, 1 quit after 4 days, 1 quit after 3 weeks and the last one was fired after 3 weeks).
Also, he will go into a great speech about how you have to give a 2 month notice as a "courtesy" so that they can fill the position. This is designed to discourage you from looking for a new job. However, I will say that there is absolutely NOTHING they can do to make you stay or give a 2 month notice. Since MA is an at will state, they can fire you for giving a 2 weeks notice (which they won't because they're incredibly desperate to keep people to make a profit) and you can collect unemployment. Or they will keep you the 2 weeks and act like immature little boys, which is fine because you can watch Ben scurry around the office trying to get people in to interview. They use craigslist....because they have an incredibly pathetic reputation on other sites.
Seriously, there's only 3 reviews here all warning you...do not even bat an eye at this company. You will regret it.
