Interview
HR interview is the first step. After that, every reply company can contact you to have a technical interview in order to offer a job. Every Reply company is focused on a special platform, so you can choose what you like most. Technical interview is the last step before getting the possible job offer.
- cold call with the HR, for cultural fit and soft skills
- interviw with a manger of the company you applied: attidunal questions and business case
- OPTIONAL: 2nd interview with a manger weather the first did not fit 100%
- Final interview with the partner, about yout background, what you will be bringing to the comany,....
