The Reply never replied after the interview.
I applied for the role on a recruitment event, and very quickly received a phone call inviting me to the office and have a f2f interview. The interview has three steps, first to fill out five pages of forms, and then HR went through CV, and finally some competency questions.
The interview was very friendly, and HR states clear that my background is of company's particular interest. However, after the interview, seems like the HR went 'missing'. It took three weeks for the HR to reply an email kindly request for feedback, and promised to provide more information on the following week. After a month, I've tried to call the office, and told by the reception that HR is not available at the moment, and suggested the best way to contact is via email. However, it seems the HR is too busy to reply the second email as well.
It feels very rude and unprofessional to give hope and then ignore a candidate like this, especially when the company is ironically named "reply".

Il processo di colloquio con Reply è stato strutturato in più fasi. Dopo una prima candidatura online, sono stato contattato per un colloquio conoscitivo HR, focalizzato su motivazione, percorso di studi e soft skills. Successivamente ho sostenuto un colloquio tecnico con domande su Java, database e logica di programmazione, inclusa una breve esercitazione pratica. Infine, ho avuto un ultimo incontro con un manager di progetto, dove abbiamo discusso casi reali e aspettative lavorative. L’intero iter è stato abbastanza rapido e ben organizzato.

Interview
Dapprima mi hanno illustrato in modo chiaro la loro offerta di lavoro, Successivamente si è proceduto a domande di teoria seguite da domande di analisi di un piccolo script e infine una domanda di puro problem solving.
Classiche domande per conoscersi, nulla di difficile, un colloquio conoscitivo. Una volta terminato, le varie Company di reply ti contattano e hai colloqui separati anche con loro, sempre con modalità simili al primo.
