I took 2 days off from my current work because it was impossible to study everything for the test within 5 days. I completed everything, and I was waiting for my test results. - I had to send an email for feedback after a week as it felt that she would "ghost" me. - She came back to me and asked me if I was interested in the social media manager position, and she gave me a week to think about it and answer back. I answered after 2 days and accepted the offer, and I agreed to proceed to the 3rd step of the interview (interview with the hiring managers).. 2 months have passed, and I am still waiting for an answer. If I am not a good candidate, please save time for both of us. Don't waste my time if you know from the begging that you won't hire me. For the recruiter, it is a typical day at work, but the candidates must invest their time and energy. Just say NO. We deserve better.
