The interview process was very long and spanned over 5 weeks. I met with 1 new person each week and it became very redundant and time consuming as I work full-time for a different company.

Interview
Phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter facilitated two interviews one with Revenue Manager and another with new CFO for the following week. Asked behavioral questions and impact to team. Ultimately company seems to be in a growth phase. Consensus was be ready to work hard with little direction. I got the impression the CFO was hard to please which if you have to report them would be difficult.
