Somewhat casual. I got to speak with 2 managers on my first interview. After a callback, I spoke with a different manager that day and talked more about my availability and what role I'd be most comfortable with at red robin.
Truly awful, but I blame the specific person who ran mine and cannot speak for Red Robin as a whole company. She was so dismissive and rude, showed zero interest, and was honestly a mean person.
Pretty standard, easy interview process. I transferred from another store so there wasn't much to it. They were friendly and welcoming. I worked for the company for a long time so they just asked me basic questions like my strengths, weaknesses, etc.
