They called about two weeks after I applied and I had two interviews. They were relatively close to each other in date. They were both with two different managers. The interviews were about half an hour long and the managers were very friendly.

Question 1
The interview was very casual, yet very professional. Nothing was asked that I did not know the answer to.
I interviewed with two different managers, both of them emphasize it being very competitive. Basically just asking for serving experience and if I am able to upsell guests other than that and the red flags I'd say it's easy with experience.
Two person interview, very chill, simple basic questions and I felt very comfortable with them talking and doing the interview with me. It was super easy to get an interview, they called me.
