I applied to a LinkedIn job posting and was contacted by the recruiter within a few days. The recruiter was extremely organized, transparent, and personable, which made the entire process very smooth. First step was an interview with the recruiter - typical initial questions and getting more information about the role. Second step was an interview with the hiring manager. Third step was an interview with another manager and one of my potential peers. Fourth step was a "deal review" presentation to the manager, peer, and VP, which gave me the opportunity to talk through past won and lost deals and showcase my sales process. Fifth step was a cognitive and personality online assessment. The final interview was with the VP which I greatly appreciated. Getting to know someone at every level up to the VP played a large part in helping me to decide if Recorded Future was the right fit.
