Approached by a recruiter and interviewed for Readdle remotely from London in June 2022 I found the ease and conversational approach of my hiring managers created a really comfortable atmosphere for us to explore Readdle, my experience and whether we would be a good fit. I had 1 interview with the Recruiting Lead, 2 with Head of CVM and a final call with VP of Marketing. After my second interview I had to do a content strategy task, which was both engaging yet challenging. This was a great chance to dive into the products and get a taste for the kind of work I’d be doing day to day, and produced a lot of talking points as feedback on my third interview. I’ve been happily working at Readdle now for 6 months, and rate the interview process, onboarding and overall experience as the best I’ve had in my professional career.
